Göcek Agency, 2008 yılında Göcek merkezde tek bir ofisle kuruldu. O günden bu yana portföyümüzü büyütmek yerine derinleştirmeyi tercih ettik; bugün İnlice, Dalaman, Ortaca ve Fethiye'de de yerinde çalışan danışmanlarımız var.
Her mülkü listelemeden önce ziyaret ediyoruz. Tapu kaydını, imar durumunu ve iskân belgesini kontrol ediyor, eksik olan dosyaları yayına almıyoruz. Bu yüzden portföyümüz rakiplerimizden küçük, ama içindeki her kayıt eksiksiz.
Alıcı tarafında da aynı yaklaşım geçerli. Bütçeniz ve beklentiniz netleşmeden mülk göstermiyoruz; netleştiğinde ise yalnızca gerçekten uyan üç beş adresi gösteriyoruz. Süreç boyunca tapu, kredi ve teknik kontrolleri biz yürütüyoruz.

We do not list every property that comes in. If the papers are incomplete, the price is unrealistic, or the place does not match the description when we visit, it stays out of the portfolio.
