Göcek Agency (gocekagency.com) is the data controller under Turkey’s KVKK. Name, phone and email you send via the form, WhatsApp or phone are used to arrange viewings and the title-deed process you asked for.

We do not sell this data. Only the advisor handling your request, authorities when the law requires it, and our hosting provider for email delivery can access it. We keep it for the life of the request and the legal limitation period.
